The Federal court for the southern district of new york hands down United states v. Milken: judge Kimba M. Wood sentences Michael R. Milken, a Wall Street high-yield bond financier, to ten years in prison, a 600,000,000 “dollar” fine and the permanent loss of his trading license for free-market (illegal) activities.
