The supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down Edwards v. Aguillard: Via the fraudulent 14th amendment, states may not require the “balanced” teaching of creation science alongside the teaching of evolutionary science.
NOTE: This is the type of absurdity that comes about when control of children’s education is taken away from parents and given to the state.
