Imposed ‘rights’ are not voluntary. If Members of Congress can properly abstain from stating “aye” or “nay” should not a free Citizen have the same right to voluntarily abstain from a distasteful act? –– JL
The supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down Haig v. Agee: the department of state is within its lawful authority to revoke a passport for reasons of “national security” (i.e. embarrassment to U.s. foreign policy).
