The supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down Regents of the University of california v. Bakke: Via the fraudulent 14th amendment, medical schools may not reserve seats for lesser qualified applicants from ethnic groups that have suffered from a history of racial discrimination.  In rendering this decision, the court ignores the california constitution of 1879, article I, section 8.
