Republican (fascist/socialist) de facto President Ford (25th amendment) signs the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, establishing the legal authority to charter health maintenance organizations, which are exempted from compliance with state insurance statutes.  The ERISA also prohibits its members from suing their HMOs for denial of medical care.  This encourages these new corporations to increase their profits by denying service.

       NOTES:

  • The act also creates Individual Retirement Accounts, which must be invested in Federal Reserve Note (Bill of Credit) denominated instruments; IRAs may not be invested in “collectibles,” such gold or silver Coins (lawful Money), as they cannot be tracked by the Internal Revenue Service;
  • The Constitution for the united States only allows Congress “To establish [charter] Post Offices and post Roads”;
  • This is the further realization of plank number five of the “Communist Manifesto” by Karl Marx;
  • As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Ford was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
