An unlawfully elected (in accordance with the fraudulent 17th amendment) senate ratifies the World Heritage Treaty, creating the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization World Heritage Committee turning over to international control any building or land designated by the committee as a World Heritage Site.
Postscript: By 1998 partial control over the Statue of Liberty, and the Everglades, Grand Canyon, Yellowstone and Yosemite National Parks has been given to the UNWHC.
