While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Vietnam, “united in determination to take all necessary measures in support of freedom,” the supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down Duncan v. louisiana: Via the fraudulent 14th amendment, a jury trial is not necessary if the maximum possible penalty is less than six-months incarceration.
