The supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down Keyishian v. Board of Regents of the University of new york: Via the fraudulent 14th amendment, states may not prohibit their employees (French for “government workers”) from joining the Communist Party USA.

       NOTE: In rendering this decision, the court ignored the new york constitution of 1894, article I, section 9.
