The supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down Gibson v. florida Legislative Investigation Committee: Via the fraudulent 14th amendment, state legislative committees may not force subpoenaed witnesses to divulge the membership rosters of the organizations they represent.
NOTE: In rendering this decision, the court ignored the florida constitution of 1885, article I, section 15.
