During house debate on standardizing procedures issuing passports, Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto CONgressman Elijah Lewis Forrester, Esq., of the confederate state of georgia, says, “This is a newfangled thing, this fool idea that you have got the right to travel anywhere and at all times.”

       NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Forrester was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
