NEW YEARS DAY: Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto President Franklin Roosevelt, Esq., in a memorandum to Edward R. Stettinius, Jr., secretary of state, expresses his fears about becoming involved in a land war in Asia: “I still do not want to get mixed up in any Indochina decision. … [A]ction at this time is premature.”
NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Roosevelt was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
