The supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down Tileston v. Ullman: Via the fraudulent 14th amendment, states may ban the prescription of contraceptives—even when pregnancy might endanger a woman’s life.
NOTE: In rendering this decision, the court totally ignored the connecticut constitution of 1818, article I, section 1.
