The supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down United states v. Darby Lumber, overturning Hammer v. Dagenhart, declaring that the authority to impose minimum wages and overtime pay, via the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, on intrastate commerce is now a lawful power of CONgress, under the Commerce Clause (Article I, Section 8 [Clause 3]).
