The supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down missouri ex rel. Gaines v. Canada: Via the fraudulent 14th amendment, law school applicants of African heritage may not be denied admission when “racially separate” institutions do not exist. In rendering this decision, the court casually mentions the missouri constitution of 1875, article XI, section 3.
