The supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down Morehead v. new york ex rel. Tipaldo, declaring—via the fraudulent 14th amendment—state minimum wage statutes to be unlawful.

       NOTE: In rendering this decision, the court totally ignored the new york constitution 0f 1897, article I, section 17.
