The pre-New Deal (1930 – 1932) continues: At the convening of the Republican (fascist/socialist) 10th counterfeit CONgress (elected in accordance with the fraudulent 17th amendment) Republican President Hoover delivers his annual State of the nation address, calling for tax INCREASES to cover an anticipated 902,000,000 Dollar Federal budget deficit, and establishment of a new Federal agency to make emergency loans to failing banks, railroads, et cetera.
